The EMPLOYEE’S main task is to support the work of the Marketing Manager and other Executives on projects directed to maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns. The EMPLOYEE works closely with employees in other functions, such as production, sales and distribution. These responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

1. Create, develop, manage and implement SEO strategies, link building strategies, content marketing strategies and social media presences
2. Innovate, conceptualize and present new marketing platforms, designs, strategies, opportunities and trends and executes them with the use of computer-aided programs to produce promotional materials such as posters for Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and other social media sites and other different projects
3. Develop engaging online content including forums, videos, graphics, blogs and online marketing plan; monitor and analyze content success
4. Illustrates concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style and related aesthetic concepts and submits rough layout for approval
5. Designs and draws wide range of promotional activities for the company’s advertising strategy to drive sales such as brochures, catalogue, product labels, packaging design, truck stickers, etc. and fabricates collaterals such as banners, inserts, standees, audio visual presentations etc.
6. Conduct research and utilize the most current strategies in order to position the brand in the marketplace
7. Research, identify and implement new online traffic and customer acquisition opportunities
8. Manage email and social media marketing campaigns
9. Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
10. Responsible for designing, and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to the company’s web specifications
11. Strives to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation
12. Knowledgeable about security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications
13. Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies
14. Other projects and duties as may be assigned by the Marketing Head and/or the President

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, communications, or related field
• Has a strong eye for visual composition
• Preferably with experience in Graphic Design with portfolio
• Proficient in programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and other video, audio, and photo software and programs
• Understanding of Marketing, Product Packaging, Web Design, and Multimedia Design
