About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Graphic Artist who turns concepts into compelling visuals and ideas into memorable experiences. You’ll work closely with marketing, branding, and content teams to create designs that don’t just look good, but communicate, connect, and convert.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand guidelines into fresh, consistent, and engaging visuals.
• Develop visual materials such as social media graphics, posters, marketing collaterals, presentations, and other design needs.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic creative input for campaigns, branding, and digital content.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams from concept to execution
• Support brand storytelling through impactful design and visual direction
• Adapt designs for multiple formats while maintaining quality and clarity.
• Take initiative in continuously improving design outputs, refining concepts, enhancing layouts, and elevating overall creative quality.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and creative techniques
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising creativity while meeting deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• At least2-5 years proven experience as a Graphic Artist or similar creative role in a corporate creative settings
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and marketing designs
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
• Solid understanding of color, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to turn abstract ideas into strong visual concepts
• Detail-oriented, organized, and open to feedback
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A team player with a proactive and creative mindset
• Portfolio showcasing a range of corporate, branding and creative design projects.

Bonus If You Have

• Motion graphics or basic video editing skills
• Experience with UI/UX or web design
• Illustration or custom visual style
• Background in social media or performance-driven creatives
