Project Overview

We seek a graphic designer to create a single A4 double-sided flyer (50 units) for our event booth, serving as both a promotional flyer and a mini sleep guide. One side will promote our products and event, while the other will provide sleep health tips for students, using our blue/white color scheme (calm, modern aesthetic) and free Canva templates to align with the Back-to-School theme.

Responsibilities

● Design one A4 double-sided flyer (print-ready) with:

○ Side 1 (Promotional):

■ Product visuals (3D DreamShade Masks: Black, Blue, Grey; DreamShield Blue Light Blockers: Yellow/Orange Clip-On/Frame).

■ Key benefits (e.g., “100% Blackout,” “Blocks 40–90% Blue Light”).

■ Event details (September 12, 2025, 11 AM–4 PM, Taipo, 10% on-site discount).

■ QR code for Instagram/newsletter sign-up.

■ Tagline: “Sleep Better, Study Better with Sleep Oasis.”

○ Side 2 (Mini Sleep Guide):

■ 3–5 sleep tips for students (e.g., consistent schedules, reducing screen time).

■ Sleep Oasis branding, product mentions, QR code.

■ Simple infographics using Canva elements.

● Use free Canva templates/fonts and provided branding guidelines (logo, colors: HEX #005566, #FFFFFF, fonts: Montserrat, Open Sans).

● Provide print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 DPI, bleed marks) and editable Canva file.

● Complete 1 revision round based on feedback.

Requirements

● Experience in graphic design for print (flyers, brochures).

● Proficiency in Canva (required) for cost-effective, editable designs.

● Ability to create clean, minimalist designs aligned with brand guidelines.

● Understanding of print specifications (CMYK, 300 DPI, bleed).

● Portfolio showing simple, effective designs (health/education themes a plus).

● Hong Kong-based designers preferred for timezone alignment, but remote welcome.

● Ability to meet tight deadlines (drafts by August 26, final files by August 28).
