Description

Responsible for planning and executing user growth initiatives to improve registration and retention rates.

• Plan and implement user growth campaigns (including but not limited to time-limited incentives, airdrops, lotteries, trading competitions, etc.) to boost registrations and retention;
• Monitor user behavior through data analytics to optimize campaign timing, frequency, and incentive mechanisms, driving continuous growth in user base and participation;
• Segment users based on lifecycle and trading behavior for targeted operations;
• Design phased incentive strategies for registration, KYC completion, first deposit, and first trade based on user behavior data;
• Track key metrics (registration conversion rate, trading conversion rate, retention rate, ROI, etc.) and continuously refine growth strategies through data reviews;
• Collect and analyze user feedback, propose improvements, and drive product optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in internet finance or 2+ years in crypto industry campaigns/user operations;
• Strong execution skills with the ability to independently drive tasks in a fast-changing environment;
• Excellent logical analysis skills and data sensitivity;
• Familiarity with social media and overseas user behavior patterns, with the ability to adjust strategies based on market dynamics;
• Proficient in English for work-related reading and writing.
