- Cut, style, and color hair using professional techniques
- Recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care products
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Sanitize tools and equipment according to health standards
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends and styling methods
- Manage appointments and client records
- Provide scalp treatments and deep conditioning services
- Collaborate with makeup artists and nail technicians when needed
- Proficiency in using styling tools (dryers, straighteners, curlers)
- Knowledge of hair textures, colors, and treatments
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Sales and product recommendation ability
- Time management and organizational skills
