Job Description
Description
- Recruitment location: Sao Paulo, Brazil
- Responsible for the legal affairs in the company's daily operations;
- Familiar with the laws and regulations of the financial industry, and provide legal compliance opinions on the company's business and product solutions;
- Review, draft, and modify various contracts and legal documents;
- Familiar with the KYC compliance processes in the blockchain industry, and prepare relevant materials to support the business department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in law or a related field;
- More than 3 years of work experience in legal affairs within financial institutions, or providing legal consulting services to the aforementioned companies in law firms;
- Familiarity with the compliance processes in the blockchain industry; proficient in English, capable of using it as a working language;
- Possess strong adaptability, analytical skills, communication skills, and writing skills.
- Brazilians are welcome, knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
