Penerangan

  • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on hospital equipment, lighting, power systems, and other building facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and basic mechanical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and other general building systems as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, health codes, and electrical/building regulations.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergency calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance logs, and service reports.
  • Assist in facility improvement projects, renovations, or installations.
  • Coordinate with external contractors or vendors when necessary.
  • Support the hospital’s infection control policies by ensuring all work areas are clean and safe.

Syarat-syarat

  • NC II Certificate in Electrical Installation or Building Maintenance (TESDA-accredited).
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in facility or hospital maintenance is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, and general maintenance practices.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
  • Physically fit, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and respond to emergencies outside regular hours.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
