Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data and assist with HR reporting.
  • Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support talent acquisition initiatives by participating in job fairs and other recruitment events.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–1 years, fresh graduates welcome.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting and talent acquisition. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; possible requirements for flexible hours depending on events.
  • Language Require: Mandarin and English
