Job Description

  • 了解建筑工程行业会说中，英，马来语优先

  • 行政和人力资源专员需有5年以上的工作经验，熟悉马来西亚当地的法律法规，负责组织架构搭建、绩效考核、人力资源规划与招聘、培训发展、薪酬福利管理、员工关系及行政事务，确保公司战略执行、制度完善、人才引进、效率提升及运营保障。负责劳工入境的相关手续及ESD账户的开通申请

  • 权限：拥有组织架构调整、绩效考核实施、人力资源规划、招聘决策、培训发展执行、薪酬福利制定、员工关系处理及行政事务管理的权限。
