We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR operations and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing people strategies, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s mission and values.

Duties:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with business objectives.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration, ensuring compliance with government and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and Insurance Commission guidelines.
• Partner with management to drive performance management, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights for informed decision-making.
• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to both employees and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity (preferably in life insurance or financial services).
• Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Laws, compensation frameworks, and insurance industry standards.
• Hands-on experience in payroll management, government compliance, and employee relations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
