• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related course
• At least ten years’ experience in HR, five of which in a Managerial/supervisory role
• Expert business and organizational planning ability
• Vast experience in team leadership
• Successful experience in employee relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strategic thinking ability
• Proven ability to multitask
• Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives
• Drive strategic business and organizational planning initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership
• Oversee all employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive work environment
• Develop, implement, and refine HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development programs
• Advise management on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development
• Handle multiple HR projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing
