WORK ACTIVITIES :

TECHNICAL:


  1. Conducts interview with qualified applicants
  2. Evaluating the recommendations for hiring and sanctioning/dismissal of personnel.
  3. Conducting general orientation of new employees.
  4. Evaluating recommendations for promotion, transfer, and additional benefits of personnel.
  5. Overseeing the following activities:

a. Computation and evaluation of attendance of personnel.

b. Preparation/implementation of employees’ Performance Appraisal and assessment of Training Needs Analysis.

c. Review and implementation of Training Plans.

6.Recommending approval of programs/seminar/training of personnel as part of continuing skills upgrade.

7.Recommending employees for training as required or if deemed necessary.

8.Handling investigating and recommending corrective/preventive action on non-conformities and deeds of misconduct of personnel.

9.Implementing sanctions and other measures as embodied in the employees Handbook, and as meted out by Management Review Committee.

10.Boosts employee morale by promoting good communication and positive harmonious relationships.

11.Observes application of work ethics

12.Coaches and Counsels management and employees regarding considerable issues

13.Set objectives and plan projects

14.Serves as mediator in handling conflicts when available and brings to settlement

15.Attends to hearings on personnel cases
