Apptrade Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Head to join our dynamic team in Taytay Rizal. As the Human Resource Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the human resources function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy development. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and development within the organization.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies to support the overall business objectives
• Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Managing employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Designing and delivering training and development programs to upskill and engage our workforce
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Collaborating with the leadership team to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
• Providing HR expertise and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters
• Continuously improving HR processes and systems to drive efficiency and enhance the employee experience

What we're looking for

• Experienced in HR role, preferably in a company (50-100 employees)
• Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions
• Proficient in HR-related software and tools, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive HR initiatives
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and professional development
