  • Manage employee performance reviews and support managers with goal setting, feedback, and improvement plans
  • Handle the full recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees
  • Administer payroll and employee benefits in coordination with finance, ensuring competitive compensation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, resolving concerns and promoting a positive work environment
  • Manage employee timekeeping, travel arrangements, and daily administrative needs
  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, cleanliness, and maintenance
  • Maintain service vehicle records and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
  • Process government permits, licenses, memberships, and HR-related government transactions
  • Support compliance with SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR, and assist with annual tax filings
  • Coordinate manpower requests, create job descriptions, and work closely with the recruitment team
  • Assist with employee resignations, clearances, and final documentation
  • Coordinate with IT on email setup, system access, devices, connectivity issues, and mobile plans
  • Review and monitor administrative billings, utilities, rentals, and office-related expenses
  • Process visas in coordination with the legal team
  • Perform liaison duties and other tasks as assigned by management


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification or master’s degree is a plus)
  • At least 5–7 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
  • Preferred experience with a logistics background
