- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases

- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in HR roles, focusing on recruitment and employee relations.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, people management, and leadership development abilities; proficient in HR planning, training, and performance management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require flexibility during recruitment events.
- Qualities and Traits: Team-oriented, proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of integrity.
