Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• With 5 years of experience as a Senior HR Generalist
• Experience working in a Japanese or fast-paced company is an advantage
• Willing to attend face-to-face interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the company’s partner HR firm and external vendors
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers on recruitment and workforce planning
• Handle employee relations concerns, including complaints and disciplinary actions
• Promote employee engagement and provide guidance to staff and management
• Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration
• Assist in compensation review and wage benchmarking activities
• Support the HR Manager in performance evaluation and review processes
• Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations
