Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field

• At least 1 year of experience in an HR Generalist role

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

• Can drive a motorcycle (preferred)

• Willing to do field work nationwide (Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao)

• Willing to work 6 days a week| Monday – Saturday| 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:

The HR Generalist is responsible for overseeing key human resources functions while leading the training and development of HR Associates. The role requires flexibility to perform field work across different locations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for HR Associates covering core HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
• Develop training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and job aids to ensure consistent performance across teams.
• Conduct coaching sessions and performance assessments to support the professional growth of HR Associates.
• Mentor new HR hires and facilitate effective knowledge transfer among team members.
• Travel and be assigned to any location nationwide as needed to support operations, conduct training, or address HR concerns.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with site managers and local staff in assigned areas.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
