  • Manage employee relations and performance evaluations.

  • Maintain employee records and handle payroll.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and environment.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting and communication skills, both written and verbal, proficiency in talent acquisition and social recruitment.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based with standard working hours; flexibility may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, and team-oriented mindset.
