Your Mission:

• Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of government benefits and compliance with all labor and statutory requirements.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities, training programs, and company initiatives.
• Handle employee concerns with professionalism while maintaining confidentiality and fairness.
• Collaborate closely with different departments to provide HR support that aligns with company goals.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder in HRDM or Psychology
• Preferably +3 years Generalist Experience
• Knowledgeable in Government Compliances
• Proficient with microsoft office applications
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• Willing to multi-task, work under pressure and with minimal supervision
