Description
- Responsible for handling procedures related to employee recruitment, onboarding, and termination, ensuring a smooth process;
- Assist in developing and improving human resources policies and processes to enhance team efficiency and satisfaction;
- Manage employee records to ensure information is accurate and easily accessible for inquiry and management;
- Support the HR manager in completing other related tasks, such as compensation and benefits management, performance evaluation, etc.
Requirements
- Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in human resources; English can be used as a working language
- Proficient in office applications, including EXCEL, WORD, and PPT;
- Possess good communication skills and interpersonal abilities, able to effectively interact with employees at different levels;
- Work diligently and responsibly, with attention to detail and a strong service mindset and problem-solving skills;
- Skilled in using Office software and possess certain data analysis capabilities;
- Passionate about human resources work and willing to pursue long-term development in the field;
