• Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
• Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages.
• Assist employees regarding discrepancies in recorded attendance.
• Collecting and process DTRs after cut off for timekeeping purposes.
• Handle employees 201 files for safekeeping.
• Interviewing candidates and assessing.
• Assisting walk-in, phone, and online applicants.
• Posting of job vacancies to different job portals

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree,
• Good communication skills both oral and written.
• Ability to multi-task
• Applicant must be willing to work in South Caloocan.
