Responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and optimization of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role ensures data accuracy, system upgrades, and user proficiency while leveraging HRIS data to support strategic HR and business decisions. Also oversees compensation and benefits administration, ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with company policies and government regulations, and the timely delivery of employee benefits.
