  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support training and development initiatives
  • Administer employee benefits and payroll
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, strong communication skills, knowledgeable in employee relations and payroll, computer literate.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong interpersonal skills, adaptable, and a team player.
