• Maintain and update employee files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare and process HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and other employment-related paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations regarding employee documentation.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting necessary documentation and completing required paperwork.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to documentation.

Timekeeping:

• Administer the cafe's timekeeping system (e.g., software, manual system).
• Collect and review employee time sheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Calculate and process employee payroll data related to hours worked, overtime, and leave.
• Address employee inquiries regarding timekeeping and payroll.
• Generate reports related to employee attendance and timekeeping.
• Monitor employee attendance and identify any trends or issues.

General HR Support:

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
• Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job openings and screening resumes.
• Support employee relations activities, such as organizing employee events and addressing employee concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
