Position: HR Assistant - Payroll

Company Industry: Manufacturing Company

Location: Subic Bay Freeport Zone

Salary Offer: Php 18,000 - Php 20,000

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday

Work Set Up: Work Onsite


Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

With at least 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing.

Experience in payroll software and/or timekeeping systems is an advantage.

Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Amendable to attend face to face interview.


Job Responsibilities:

Prepare, process, and verify employee payroll, including data entry, capturing timesheets, and managing overtime.

Maintain accurate personnel records, update employee information in payroll systems.

Address and resolve employee questions and issues related to pay, deductions, and benefits.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, generate payroll reports, and assist with audits.

Support general HR tasks like onboarding, documentation, and maintaining confidentiality.
