Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide manpower support for the company’s development and deliver effective HR solutions to business units.
2. Proactively engage and communicate with business unit leadership, frontline supervisors, and employees in various formats to ensure effective information flow across all levels.
3. Conduct employee interviews to understand workforce dynamics and individual needs, and assist departments in organizing employee care activities and training.
4. Drive company-level change within business units, and take ownership of refining HR policies, processes, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Gain insight into the business, rapidly learn and support the growth of business teams, assist in internal organizational structure optimization, strengthen team cohesion, and improve key employee retention.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree; proficiency in Chinese as a working language; 2–3 years or more of experience in administrative support and personnel movements, with familiarity across the six core HR modules.
2. Strong communication skills and business acumen, with the ability to develop deep insights from both external market and internal business perspectives, and to create HR plans and corresponding solutions.
3. High sensitivity to people and organizational issues, capable of conducting organizational and personnel diagnostics, developing effective solutions, and driving implementation.
4. Experience in Chinese enterprises, Web3, or cryptocurrency backgrounds is a plus.
