Responsibilities:

Production Planning

• Develop and adjust production schedules based on demand forecasts and machine availability.

• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Production to align production targets and capacity.

• Monitor manufacturing output and manage work-in-progress to avoid delays.

• Report daily and weekly production performance metrics.

Inventory & Material Control

• Track inventory levels of raw materials, components, and consumables.

• Initiate replenishment requests and liaise with Procurement to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Conduct periodic physical stock audits to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Serve as the link between Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales to optimize workflows.

• Participate in regular planning meetings to address bottlenecks and capacity constraints.

• Maintain updated records in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., material logs, production schedules, BOMs).

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose corrective actions.

• Support initiatives to improve production planning, reduce material waste, and enhance efficiency.

• Provide reliable documentation and reports to leadership for strategic decision-making.

• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Skilled in inventory management, production scheduling, and ERP/MRP systems.

• Solid competency in data analysis and forecasting to support production optimization.

• Excellent at multitasking, with a sharp eye for detail and strong time management.

• Proven ability to work across departments and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Bajada, Davao City.

Education and Experience:

• BS degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or its equivalent, preferably with PRC license;

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in process improvement, production planning, or operations analysis; and

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments is a plus.
