We are seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Odoo modules, strong business process understanding, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Odoo configurations while guiding junior consultants and collaborating with technical teams.

Description

• Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement using Odoo.
• Configure Odoo modules to meet specific company requirements and enhance functionality.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the Odoo system.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement customizations and integrations with other systems.
• Serve as a point of contact for issues and provide timely resolutions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience Level: 3–5 years of relevant experience in Odoo ERP implementations
• Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Odoo modules, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of adapting to changing business needs
• Willing to work as an Independent Contractor
