The IT Support Staff is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users across the organization. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, ensuring proper functionality of network and communication tools, and assisting with the setup and maintenance of computer systems and peripheral devices. The role also involves documenting technical issues, managing support tickets, and ensuring timely resolution of IT-related concerns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and remote desktop tools
• Knowledge of basic networking (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, routers/switches)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Willing to work onsite and render overtime if needed
• Certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
