The IT Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP solutions to support business operations. This role works closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional Odoo modules, reports, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Odoo modules and features based on business requirements
• Customize and enhance standard Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, and HR
• Create, modify, and maintain reports using QWeb, PDF, Excel, and dashboards
• Perform system testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure performance and reliability
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance for Odoo applications
• Document technical processes, configurations, and custom developments
• Perform special tasks and projects as assigned by management from time to time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience working with Odoo ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of Odoo framework, Python, XML, and PostgreSQL
• Experience in Odoo module customization and report development
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Willing to work on-site daily from Monday to Saturday
