主要職責
- 通過電話、電子郵件和即時聊天提供一級技術支持。
- 為團隊成員故障排除硬體和軟體問題。
- 協助設置和配置IT設備及軟體。
- 維護和更新IT文檔，包括常見問題解答和用戶指南。
- 監控和管理幫助台工單，確保及時解決。
- 必要時將複雜問題升級至高級IT人員處理。
- 為團隊成員提供基本軟體和系統培訓。
- 協助維持網絡和系統性能。
- 隨時更新IT支持中的新技術和最佳實踐。
