主要职责
- 通过电话、电子邮件和聊天提供一线技术支持。
- 为团队成员排除硬件和软件问题。
- 协助IT设备和软件的设置和配置。
- 维护和更新IT文档，包括常见问题解答和用户指南。
- 监控和管理帮助台工单，确保及时解决。
- 必要时将复杂问题升级至高级IT工作人员。
- 为团队成员提供软件和系统的基础培训。
- 协助维护网络和系统性能。
- 保持对新技术和IT支持最佳实践的了解。
