Job Description
bloXroute 正在尋找一位積極主動且以客戶為中心的支援工程師，直接與我們的支援團隊合作。在此職務中，您將協助解決技術問題，協助使用者處理解決產品相關問題，並確保順暢且正面的使用體驗。您將與跨部門團隊（包括工程和業務）合作，以解決問題並改進產品功能。
職責
- 為亞太區客戶提供第一線支援
- 與 DevOps 及工程團隊協作，排除並解決問題
- 協助使用者進行基本維護及問題處理
- 發現不同區塊鏈間的服務問題及品質差距
- 釐清開發及產品團隊的品質預期
- 運用數據提出改善建議並維護整體服務品質
要求
- 具備至少 2 年支援工程師經驗
- 完全遠端工作，駐地於亞洲，能覆蓋亞洲時區並具備彈性工作安排
- 英語及中文普通話流利
- 具備 Linux 知識
- 具備 AWS 經驗
- 具備區塊鏈及加密技術相關知識與經驗
- 了解亞太區加密產業者佳
- 優秀的簡報能力，能將技術資料轉化為清晰易懂的觀點
- 創意且具企業家精神，具備優秀團隊合作能力和新創心態
