Job Title: Production Assistant -  Cake Decorator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Cake Decorator to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will have strong artistic abilities, a passion for baking, and the technical skills needed to design and decorate a wide variety of cakes and desserts. This role involves collaborating with customers, executing custom designs, and ensuring all products meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Decorate cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other baked goods according to bakery standards and customer requests
• Create custom designs using piping, fondant, airbrushing, edible images, and other decorating techniques
• Prepare frosting, fillings, glazes, and fondant as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness of decorating tools, equipment, and workstations
• Ensure all products are finished on time and meet presentation and quality expectations
• Properly store baked goods and decorating materials to maintain freshness
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards

Job Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cake decorator, pastry artist, or similar role preferred
• Strong artistic and creative skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to start ASAP
