Job Description:

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items according to standard recipes
• Ensure kitchen and bar areas are clean, sanitized, and organized at all times
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Operate kitchen and bar equipment properly and safely
• Take customer orders and respond to requests politely and professionally
• Monitor inventory and report low stock to the supervisor
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow company policies and operational procedures

Job Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate
• Experience as a barista or kitchen staff is an advantage (but not required)
• Willing to be trained and learn food & beverage preparation
• Physically fit and able to work long hours while standing
• Customer-oriented, reliable, and team player
• Can work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
