- Provide legal advice and representation to clients.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Research and analyze legal issues and precedents.
- Negotiate settlements and handle litigation as needed.

- Responsibilities and Duties: Represent clients in court, prepare legal documents, and provide legal advice.
