- Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB); must be a licensed member of the Philippine Bar.

- At least 10 years’ experience in corporate law, preferably with exposure to real estate development and labor laws

- Experience as a Corporate Secretary or Assistant Corporate Secretary is highly advantageous

- Strong background in contracts, corporate governance, and HR-related legal matters.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

The Corporate Lawyer is responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to ensure the company’s real estate development projects and corporate activities comply with Philippine laws. A key function of this role is providing expertise in land acquisition, due diligence, and title transfer processes, ensuring the smooth and legally compliant acquisition of properties for development.
