1. Lease Management & Strategy (30%)

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to optimize tenant occupancy and revenue.
• Analyze market trends and recommend adjustments to leasing policies and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, construction requirements, and legal obligations.

2. Contract Management & Execution (20%)

• Oversee the preparation, review, and execution of lease offers and contracts.
• Ensure timely collection of reservation deposits and handover fees.
• Maintain accurate lease records and ensure contract renewals are on schedule.

3. Sales and Marketing (20%)

• Drive tenant acquisition through marketing strategies, market research, and prospect identification.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to create effective sales tools and campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance and take actions to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

4. Customer Satisfaction (20%)

• Serve as a point of contact for tenant concerns and welfare during the lease term.
• Ensure adherence to technical fit-out guidelines and deliver exceptional pre- and post-sales service.

5. Team Leadership (10%)

• Guide and mentor the leasing and technical services team.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.
• Promote a high-performing and engaged team culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
• Atleast 5 years of experience in commercial leasing, property management, or real estate.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in lease documentation, tenant relations, and market analysis.
