The Kitchen Cook is in charge of preparing food based on established Thai Mango recipes and ensures mise en place is complete before starting work. 

• Prepares high quality food on hot kitchen based on established Thai Mango recipes
• Ensures food preparation is compliant with HACCP
• Ensures food prepared are per customer’s order specifications 
• Has the ability to use and distinguish special kitchen tools and essential ingredients to create food in the hot kitchen
• Handles customer complaints or problems with empathy and ensures customer leaves satisfied and happy.
• Ensures order slip is received before preparing the order
• Complies with Thai Mango’s company rules and existing policies
• Maintains cleanliness and order in his work area
• Must have undergone training in all stations - cooking, dispatching, and desserts preparation
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Please prepare the following:

• SSS E1/ E4 / E6
• PhilHealth MDR or ID
• TIN ID / BIR FORM 1902/ 1904/ 1905
• 2X2 ID pictures (4pcs) and 1x1 ID pictures (2pcs)
• NBI or Police Clearance
• Physical Exam (Stool, X-ray, Urinalysis, Drug Test) "Basic 5"
• Health Certificate / Card
