A Transport Supervisor will be assigned to our transportation company and will be responsible for supervising in-house transport operations to ensure reliable, safe, and compliant vehicle services for assigned clients. Acts as the primary coordinator between internal transport teams and the client to meet service requirements and performance standards.

Job Qualifications:

• College graduate
• 2–5 years’ experience in transport, logistics or fleet operations
• Hands-on experience with drivers, routes and scheduling
• Strong proficiency in report writing and presentations
• Effective leadership and team management
• Knowledge of transport laws & safety regulations
• Analytical, good in problem-solving, forecasting and planning
• Ability to drive with a valid driver's license is required
• Preferably a resident of Muntinlupa or nearby areas
• Can start as soon as possible
