Duties and Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Assist the Operations Manager in supervising daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
•     Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of operational staff, including training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
• Process Improvement: Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and address operational issues in a timely manner.
•   Budget and Cost Control: Assist in budget planning and monitor operational costs to ensure financial efficiency.
•    Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe working environment.
•    Reporting: Maintain records and prepare reports on operational performance for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Port operations, preferably in a supervisory level.
• Strong leadership, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, proactive, and able to set up systems from scratch.
• Proficiency in four-wheel driving skills, required.
