Job Title: Shipping Admin

Salary: S$2,000 - S$3,000

Location: West (Chemical Manufacturing)

Working Days: 5.5 days (Alternate Sat)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Shipping Admin to manage daily shipping and logistics operations for a chemical manufacturing company. The role requires accuracy, coordination, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and check shipping documents (Invoice, DO, Packing List, Bill of Lading, MSDS, etc.)
• Arrange and track local/overseas shipments (sea, air, courier)
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customers
• Ensure compliance with customs, export/import, and DG requirements
• Work with production/warehouse teams for timely dispatch
• Maintain shipment and inventory records, update system (ERP/Excel)

Requirements

• 2+ years shipping/logistics/admin experience (manufacturing/chemical preferred)
• Knowledge of import/export and DG shipping documentation is an advantage
• Proficient in Excel and basic admin tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
