This position supports operational efficiency by coordinating manpower allocation and ensuring compliance with hotel standards and labor regulations.


Key Responsibilities


Workforce Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop and maintain daily and weekly manpower schedules across all hotel departments.
  • Adjust staffing levels to meet fluctuating guest demands, events, and peak seasons.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies in scheduling.


Recruitment & Deployment

  • Coordinate with Project manager and Recruitment to source temporary or specialized staff.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires and HR.
  • Ensure staff are properly briefed on hotel standards and guest service expectations.


Operational Support

  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and shift adherence.
  • Maintain manpower records, including timesheets, contracts, and deployment logs.
  • Provide manpower reports to management and client for operational decision-making.


Performance & Training

  • Track staff performance and escalate issues to department heads.
  • Support training initiatives to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Encourage a culture of teamwork and accountability among staff.


Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between management, HR, and client hotel operations.
  • Communicate staffing requirements and changes promptly to relevant stakeholders.
