- We are a market-making team focused on providing professional liquidity solutions for global cryptocurrency exchanges, projects, and institutions. We have developed our own high-frequency trading system and risk management model, and we currently serve multiple exchanges with a daily trading volume exceeding $100 million. Our team members come from top quantitative funds and blockchain technology companies, dedicated to promoting the healthy development of the digital asset market.

- Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market, familiarity with the needs of exchanges, projects, capital providers, and other ecosystem roles, with a keen business acumen to quickly match client liquidity management needs. Experience in B2B business development is required, with at least one of the following resources:
- Exchange operations/market network
- Core team resources of Web3 projects
- Institutional investors/family office channels
- You only need to do three things:
- ① Introduce clients with needs (projects/exchanges requiring liquidity)
- ② Arrange initial meetings for communication (online/offline both acceptable)
- ③ Assist in establishing trust (we provide a complete set of technical support)
- You are not required to do:
- Complex business negotiations, contract drafting, or post-maintenance
- Tiered commission mechanism (settled in USDT):
- Base tier: 20%-30% of the first service fee from successfully contracted clients (a project with a monthly fee of $3k can earn $600-$1000, with tiered performance commissions (monthly settlement), with no upper limit)
- Excess rewards: For clients contributing over $100k annual service fees, an additional 5% service fee share.
