Our client, a leading provider of home comfort solutions in Singapore, seeks to hire a Marketing Executive


Strategy Development:

  • Formulate annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Allocate marketing budgets effectively across various campaigns and initiatives.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
  • Oversee project management and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

 

Marketing & Branding:

  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for Crestar Ceiling Fan across all marketing channels.
  • Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.

 

Digital Marketing Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including running online ads, social media campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Manage the creation and optimization of digital ad campaigns across various platforms to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Utilize digital analytics tools to measure and analyse the performance of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to implement website enhancements and improvements.

 

Media/Agency Management:

  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies and external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services within budget and timeline.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.

 

Training for Marketing Executives and Mentorship to Interns:

  • Identify training needs of current marketing executives and design relevant programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct mentoring sessions to empower marketing executives to excel in their roles. Act as a mentor to interns, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for their professional growth within the marketing field.

 

Sponsorships and Events:

  • Identify relevant industry events and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Leverage events to establish and strengthen connections with key stakeholders.

 

B2C - Showroom and Group Buys:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract consumers to our showrooms and online platforms.
  •  Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to optimize marketing efforts for B2C segments.

 

D2C – E-Commerce & Marketplaces:

  • Align B2C and D2C Marketing promotions.
  • Oversee the maintenance and updates of E-Commerce Website.
  • Support marketing collateral for E-Commerce Manager.

 

B2B – Dealers, Interior Designers and Architects:.

  • Collaborate with Business Development Team to Identify and build relationships with interior designers, architects, and other B2B partners to position Crestar Ceiling Fan as a preferred choice in commercial projects.
  • Assist the Business Development team on marketing collaterals and sales tools tailored to B2B clients to showcase the product features and benefits.
  • Support with presentations and workshops to educate B2B clients about our ceiling fan solutions.
  • Support outdoor sales for collateral and in-store POP.

 

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales, products development, and management team to that effectively support sales efforts and drive business growth.

 

Performance Metrics Tracking:

  • Utilizing advanced analytics and data models to forecast consumer behaviour and market trends, enabling data-driven decision-making in marketing strategies.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and regularly track and report on campaign performance.
  • Use data analytics tools to analyse marketing data and make data-driven decisions.

 

Google Reviews Management:

  • Address any negative feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Oversee the reviews and feedback on Google Reviews to enhance the company's online reputation.

Requirements

• Recognised Diploma or Nitec in Sales, Marketing and/or Business.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing

• Works extremely well as a team member and excels as an individual contributor.
