Job Summary:

The Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting the company’s services, identifying potential clients, and supporting business growth through effective marketing strategies. This role focuses on generating leads, building strong client relationships, and enhancing the company’s visibility in the market through both online and offline campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and tap potential clients through research, networking, and marketing outreach.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and brand.
• Support the sales and business development team in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, social media posts, and digital ads.
• Handle client inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure quality service delivery.
• Plan and participate in promotional events, job fairs, and partnerships to expand market reach.
• Maintain and update the company’s social media platforms and website to attract clients and applicants.
• Track marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports on results and improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, client acquisition, or sales support (fresh graduates with strong initiative are welcome).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in social media management, content creation, and marketing tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and results-driven.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
