The Trade Marketing Junior Officer will be a creative and execution-focused team member responsible for supporting the planning and execution of trade merchandising and visual strategies for HONOR phones. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a passion for retail display, design, and market execution.

• Assist in the conceptualization, creation, and execution of effective Trade merchandise displays, POSM (Point of Sale Materials), and store layouts.
• Provide continuous creative support and ensure high visual standards for every Hero product and new product launch of HONOR phones.
• Support the team by analyzing and comparing design effectiveness from previous displays to recommend improvements for current and future executions.
• Help the manager in the Overall Merchandise planning process.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in retail marketing and visual merchandising.

Job Requirements

• Education: College Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree major in Marketing or an equivalent field.
• Experience: Some experience is required, preferably in retail marketing, visual merchandising, or graphic design.
• Skills: Proficiency in Editing software tools (e.g., design software) is necessary.
• Mindset: Must possess a strong Creative mind and a creative eye for detail and aesthetics
