• Manage and oversee the execution of artwork projects in accordance with client specifications.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of artwork assets.
• Communicate effectively with Mandarin or Japanese speaking clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations in all artwork produced.
• Review and approve artwork drafts before final production phases.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 5-8 years of relevant experience in artwork management.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work flexibility.
• Languages: Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese is required.
