The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for developing and managing marketing programs and campaigns which include local retail, category trade, loyalty, digital, and e-commerce marketing.

Local Retail Marketing Supervisor (Supermarket)

• Plan and formulate local retail marketing strategies
• Conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns & programs (cluster/community local marketing)
• Perform store-driven activations (in-store execution)
• Strategic partnerships (local trade area activation)

Trade Marketing Supervisor (Supermarket)

• Plan and manage category marketing programs
• Vendor collaboration and strategic partnerships
• In-store sampling and activations
• Storewide and vendor exclusive promotions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in the retail industry is preferred but not required (can be in Supermarket or Department Store)
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in marketing

Local Retail Marketing Supervisor

• With experience in local store marketing, in-store execution, and local trade area activation
• Knowledgeable in brand strategies and implementation
• With experience in marketing activations
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in local store marketing

Trade Marketing Supervisor

• Knowledgeable in promo creation and execution, vendor collaboration, and strategic partnerships
• With experience in in-store sampling and activations
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in trade marketing
