Description

We are seeking a highly organized, confident, and persuasive Influencer Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our influencer and affiliate partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, and executing campaigns with structure and creativity. Prior experience is not required — we provide training.

• Identify, research, and coordinate with influencers, creators, and affiliates
• Manage influencer outreach, partnerships, and collaborations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with creators, including negotiation and coordination
• Track influencer deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance
• Maintain organized records of partnerships, content, and agreements
• Support marketing campaigns and collaborate with the broader marketing team
• Occasionally appear on camera for marketing content, events, or internal initiatives

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• 4 year College Graduate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Persuasive and confident personality
• Familiar with social media influencers, creators, or affiliate marketing
• Flexible and open to learning new tasks and responsibilities
• Comfortable being on camera when needed
• No prior experience required — training and guidance will be provided
